Sunderland manager Martin O’Neill says Everton deserved to win last nights FA Cup quarter final re-play at the Stadium of Light .
Goals in either half from Jelavic and an own goal from Vaughan the difference between the sides.
In the re-arranged Quarter final at White Hart Lane all the goals came in the last twenty minutes as Spurs beat Bolton 3-1, Nelsen, Bale and Saha scoring for Tottenham while Kevin Davies scored for Wanderers.
