Munster Director Rassie Erasmus says it's a relief to have qualified for the last eight of the European Champions Cup.

The Reds ensured they'll top Pool One with a game to spare after a narrow two point victory over Glasgow in Scotstoun.

They'll now host Racing 92 in Thomond Park next weekend, knowning a victory will see them secure a home quarter final.

Erasmus says his side showed huge character to get the win.

Meanwhile Munster's handling of a possible head injury suffered by Conor Murray at the weekend is set to be reviewed by the EPCR.

The scrum-half was examined on the field after a clash with Glasgow's Tim Swinson, and was then called for a Head Injury Assessment after making a heavy tackle just moments later.

Murray then passed the HIA and returned to the game.

It's understood the governing body is to set up an independent review group to look at the circumstances surrounding the incident.
