Entry Deadline Looming For 2025 South Of Ireland Championship

Golfers wishing to enter one of the most prestigious amateur competitions are being urged to submit their entry with the deadline set to close tomorrow night.

Lahinch Golf Club hosts the 123rd staging of the South of Ireland Amateur Open Championship from Wednesday, July 23rd, to Sunday, July 27th.

150 of Ireland’s leading amateur golfers will play in the 36-hole strokeplay qualifier over Wednesday and Thursday, with the top 64 qualifying for the matchplay stage of the competition at the weekend.

Entries close at midnight on Wednesday.

sponsorship of Ireland’s oldest Championship. Gary Pierse, Managing Director of Pierse
