Ennis Rugby’s coach says Ethan Coughlan’s success is the bench mark for young players to aim for at the club.
The scrum half has been involved with the Munster A side in recent weeks and spent time training with the first team earlier this year.
The Ennis RFC man has represented Ireland at underage level and is a part of the current National Talent Squad.
