Clare athlete Dean Casey has claimed a bronze medal at the European Cross Country championships.
The Ennis Track clubman ran a brilliant race in the U20 event, following home Irish team mate Nick Griggs who took second.

It was enough to see Ireland take the overall team silver medal, with four of the Irish team finishing inside the top 20.
Ennis Tracks Mark Hanrahan was also part of the Irish U20 team, finishing 53rd of the 100 strong field.
