Ennis Golf Club have qualified for the Clare Area Final of this seasons J.B.Carr trophy when they defeated Lahinch by 3and a half points to 1 and a half at Lahinch.
The Ennis pairings of Tom Fox and Michael Carmody along with Pat Murphy and Matt Flynn both won their matches 4 and 3 while Tony Coote and Paul Higgins picked up the third point winning their match 4 and 2.

Tom Saunders and James Ball lost their game 2 and 1 while in the final game Walter O Brien and Tom Woulfe secured a half.
Ennis will now meet Woodstock who defeated Kilkee in the other semi-final in the Clare final with Ennis having the home advantage.
