The Ennis club recorded an 8-0 win over Mountshannon Celtic in Roslevan, enough to secure the title with a game to spare.
Mikey Mahoney scored a hat-trick as part of the comprehensive win, while David McCarthy netted twice.
It’s Avenue’s first league title since 2010.
