The holders beat Inishowen in Buncrana this afternoon in their last four tie.
The home side went ahead twice, only for Dublin to equalize and see it level at 2-2 after 90 minutes.
The sides played out extra time without a winner which meant the game, a repeat of last years final, went to penalties.
AUL prevailed 4-3.
The time, date, and venue for that Oscar Traynor Cup decider is now set to be decided at a meeting tomorrow night.
Dublins AUL will take on the Clare League bidding for their fourth title in a row.
