The draws for the quarter-finals of the TUS Clare senior hurling championship will be made this evening.
The four seeded teams will be Eire Óg, Clooney-Quin, Kilmaley and Clonlara, with Sixmilebridge, Inagh-Kilnamona, Ballyea and defending champions Feakle in the other side of the draw.
Eire Óg were the last team of the weekend to secure top spot in their group as they saw off the challenge of Feakle to make it three wins from three.
Manager Gerry O’Connor felt they responded positively to the loss of Aaron Fitzgerald on a second yellow card not long after half time.
The pairings for the relegation series will also be made, with Corofin, Scariff, Newmarket and Doora Barefield battling it out to avoid the drop.
The draws will be made at Clare GAA headquarters in Clareabbey from 6.30pm
