The draw has been made for the opening round of the Clare Cup.

Champions for the the past 4 years Newmarket Celtic begin the defence of their title with a tie against Bridge Celtic in the opening Round of the competition, with Shannon Town B awaiting the winners in Round 2.
Elsewhere, last year's runners- up and current league leaders Bridge United get a bye into round two where they take on Newmarket's B side.
Meanwhile, Avenue United, currently second in the league, also go straight into round 2 where they'll take on Coole FC.
The other first round ties see St Pats take on Tulla Utd B, Hermitage play Bridge Utd B, Kildysart Celtic meet Mountshannon Celtic, Shannon Olympic A face Lifford, Shannon Town A go up against Tulla Utd A and Ennis Town A versus Rhine Rovers.
