Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has praised his team’s spirit following last nights dramatic 2-1 win over Newcastle at the Emirates.
Ben Arfa put the visitors 1 up in the first half but the goal was cancelled out by Robin Van Persie’s 33rd of the season, it looked like finishing level but Thomas Vermalen pounced in the 95th minute to earn victory and put Arsenal just 1 point behind third placed Spurs.
