Donegal await All Ireland Winners with Sam in tow

Donegal were crowned All Ireland Football champions yesterday for only the second time after a 2-11 to 13 points win over Mayo at Croke Park.

Both goals came in the first 10 minutes – Michael Murphy and Colm McFadden got the all important scores..

It’s Donegal’s first title since 1992 and manager Jim McGuinness says the players deserve great credit for all the hard work they’ve put it:

Dublin won their first All-Ireland Minor title since 1984 with a 14 points to 1-5 win over Leinster rivals Meath.
