Djokovic had fought back from two sets to love behind to level the match on two sets apiece when the two players were called off the court.
It's also Women's quarter-final day at Wimbledon.
In the opening match on centre court, Maria Sharapova will face unseeded American, Coco Vandeweghe.
Among the other quarter-finals, top seed Serena Williams will play Victoria Azarenka.
