Clare captain Pat Vaughan admits that being in Division 2 of the National League is a handicap for the Banner ahead of this Sunday’s Munster Championship clash with Tipperary.
Clare take on the All Ireland Champions at the Gaelic Grounds this weekend, on the back of a Division 2 Final loss to Limerick and games against the likes of Carlow, Kerry and Down.
