The defending champions overcame Clondegad by 3-12 to 1-10 to book their place in the decider.
Clondegad will take on neighbours Lissycasey in the semi final, after they rallied to beat O'Currys in Doonaha by 3-10 to 1-8.
That result sees the west Clare side relegated to the Garry Cup for 2016, after Doonbeg beat Cooraclare by 0-10 to 0-7 to ensure their survival.
Cooraclare were already to the second tier.
Miltown got the better of Eire Óg by 2-15 to 2-11
