Maurice Deegan of Laois has been confirmed as referee for Saturday’s clash between Clare and Kerry.

Deegan’s last outing was as linesman in Sunday’s Leinster Final between Dublin and Meath, in which his intervention saw the match referee correctly allow Eoghan O’Gara’s 53rd minute score.
