The dates and venues for the opening round of the Clare senior football championship have been finalised.
Following a meeting earlier this week where it was decided the master fixtures plan could be altered there are no midweek fixtures down for decison.
Holders Kilmurray Ibrickane will begin the defense of the Jack Daly cup on Friday evening in Cusack park against Cratloe while also on Friday evening in Kilmihil Eire Og will take on Kilrush and Gurteen will host the meeting of Liscannor and Wolfe Tones.
On Saturday there is a double header in Cooraclare as Doonbeg take on Lissycasey while Shannon Gaels meet St Senan’s Kilkee
Lissycasey will host the meeting of St Joseph’s Doorabarefield and Cooraclare with Cusack park the venue for the meeting of Ennistymon and St Joseph’s Miltown.
The final opening round game is fixed for Monday as Clondegad take on St Breckan’s in Corofin.
