The draws have been made for the 2016 Munster U21 and Minor Hurling and Football Championships.
The minor hurling quarter final sees a former All Ireland winning Clare captain up against the Banner.
Anthony Daly is in his second year as coach of the Limerick minor hurlers, and they face Clare in the first round of the provincial series.
Dalys fellow Clarecastle native Kenny Morrissey will be in charge of the Banner once more.
Limerick also provide the oppostion in the Munster Minor football opener.
Clare and Waterford will meet in the Munster U21 hurling semi final for the second year in a row, while the U21 footballers meet Cork in the quarter final, with the winners meeting Waterford in the last four.
Semple Stadium has been chosen as the venue for Clare's Munster Senior Hurling Semi Final against Waterford, with a date for that game to be decided at a later date.
