Dalo guides Dub’s to league Final

 

The Dublin hurlers have qualified for their first final in the Allianz League in 65 years after an exciting final day in the group stages.

Anthony Daly’s men defeated Cork by 1-15  to 1-14 , to beat Galway, Tipperary and Waterford to a place in the final.

The Dubs will have to play Kilkenny in the decider after the Cats eased to a 1-23 to 1-16  win over Offaly to finish top of the table.

That defeat for Offaly saw the Faithful County relegated to Division Two after Wexford managed to avoid relegation by forcing a draw against All-Ireland champions Tipperary at Semple Stadium.

Galway missed-out on a final appearance after a one-point defeat to Waterford.
