Crusheen and ‘Bridge get ready for co.final

Crusheen boss Michael Browne admits the pressure is on his side ahead of this Sunday’s county senior hurling final against Sixmilebridge.

The North Clare outfit are looking to become the first side in over a decade to retain Canon Hamilton this Sunday having dethroned Cratloe in last season’s decider.

Browne,who has no injury worries to contend with on Sunday understands how hard it is to retain the title:

Sixmilebridge will be hoping to end their senior famine of nine years on Sunday when they line out in their first final since 2002.

The side will be without Barry o Connor who is still recovering from an arm injury but Derek Fahy is set to resume between the posts after his recovery from a facial injury.
