The Kerry outfit dispatched Castlehaven of Cork on a scoreline of 0-19 to 0-12.
Crokes had previously ended the hopes of Clare champions Kilmurry Ibrickane in a dramatic encounter in Quilty.
In Ulster meanwhile, Crossmaglen held off a late fight back from Kilcoo of Down to capture their third successive provincial title. The match finished 3-09 to 1-09 in favour of the Armagh champions.
