A former All Ireland winner with Clare feels playing in Croke Park will hold no fear for the Banner in Saturday’s All Ireland semi final showdown with Kilkenny.

Clare’s senior hurlers make the trip to Jones’s Road for just the second time since winning the Liam McCarthy in 2013, with their previous outing being the drawn semi-final against Galway in 2018.

Brian Cody’s side come into the game after winning a third consecutive Leinster title, with the Cats last winning the All Ireland in 2015.

Two time winner Fergal Hegarty says it is a challenge that Clare will embrace.
