Cratloe Focused on Making the Most of Their Opportunities

Cratloe captain Liam Markham has identified their first half dominance during Sundays win over Thurles Sarsfields as crucial to their victory.

The Clare champions led by 1-8 to 0-4 at half time, with 2013 All Star Podge Collins getting the goal with almost the last action of the opening 30 minutes.

That was the basis of their seven point win, and sealed their passage to a first ever Munster Club Hurling Final, where they'll face the Ger O'Loughlin trained Kilmallock of Limerick on November 23rd.

Markham says their focus was always on increasing their lead, and not allowing the opportunity to pass them by.
