Cooraclare and St Joseph’s Milltown Malbay are both in the last chance saloon ahead of their Senior Football Championship clash tonight.
The 2019 county champions St Joseph’s narrowly lost out to Kilmurry-Ibrickane in the first round, before bouncing back with victory against Doonbeg last time out.
Cooraclare, having narrowly avoided relegation last year, put a first round loss to St Breckan’s behind them with an extra time victory over Kilrush Shamrocks a fortnight ago.
Clare FM analyst Joe Garry says while Milltown Malbay go into the game as favourites, Cooraclare will fancy their chances tonight in Kilmihil.
