The man hoping to lead Clonlara to the County Hurling title this weekends says he wishes he faced a different opponent.
Former Clare All Star Sean Stack faces his native Sixmilebridge in the decider, a club he won 7 Clare Senior Hurling titles with.
He will be firmly in the Clonlara camp on Sunday afternoon, and says he knows where his loyalty will lie.
Stacks opposite number on Sunday will be John O'Meara, the man that led the Bridge to a first title in over a decade in 2013.
They're back into the decider after failing to come out of the group stages last year, and are unbeaten so far in league and championship.
That included wins over last years champions Cratloe and beaten finalists Crusheen, and O'Meara says while that will be a confidence boost, he won't be reading too much into it.
