One of the toughest stages of the Junior Cycle Tour of Ireland awaits competitors this afternoon.
The famous Corkscrew Hill near Ballyvaughan will have to be conquered as part of the 126 kilometre trek though the north of the county.

The stage starts in Ennis before taking in Crusheen, Gort, Kinvara, Bellharbour and Ballyvaughan before tackling the climb.
They will then make their way through Lisdoonvarna, Kilfenora and Fanore with the finish line in Ballyvaughan.
