Cork overcome Cats to set up clash with Daly’s Dublin

Kilkenny’s reign as All Ireland champions was ended by Cork, who won by a score of 19 points to 14.

Kilkenny were cut down to 14 men on the stroke of half time when Henry Shefflin received his second yellow card.

After that they were unable to catch the Rebels in the second half.

Jimmy Barry Murphy’s side now face Leinster champions Anthony Daly’s Dublin in the semi-finals.
