Clare made it a worthwhile trip to the south-east as a stirring second half showing saw the Banner leave Enniscorthy with a four point win.
At the break, it was the home side in front by 0-7 to 0-4 having played with the slight aid of a strong cross field wind.

On the resumption, Clare took control of the contest, with Aisling Cooney landing all bar two of the Banner’s scores in the second period.
