The west Clare woman who will represent Ireland at the 2017 Women’s Rugby World Cup feels she’s been rewarded for committing herself to the sport.
Kilmihil’s Eimear Considine is part of a 28 strong Irish squad for this years event which is being held in Dublin next month.

Considine was also part of the squad for this years Six Nations, while she has also competed at international level for the Irish Sevens side.
The former Clare dual star says while it was a difficult choice to leave her county duties behind, she feels she’s reaping the benefits.
