Clare’s Senior Hurlers have a new Captain – Clonlara forward John Conlon.
Brian Lohan has chosen him to lead the panel, starting with the Allianz League and Sunday’s clash at home to Carlow.

Conlon won an All-Star award in 2018, and was part of Clare’s All-Ireland winning squad of 2013.
Tulla’s David McInerney will be vice captain for the year ahead.
