The Manager of the Clare Ladies footballers says they will have to be at the peak of their powers to advance from the All-Ireland Intermediate Quarter-Final this weekend.
The Banner welcome Tyrone to Cusack Park on Sunday for a 2pm throw in, having earned a home draw after going the group stages unbeaten.

The sides last clashed in the final round of the All-Ireland group stages last year, where they finished level at 2-9 to 3-6.
