Clare Senior Football Manager Colm Collins says competition is high for a place in his starting fifteen, ahead of the new campaign.

Collins will lead the county footballers into Division 3 of the Allianz League after his side cliniched promotion earlier this year, and there's now less than seven weeks until their first match of the new season.

Speaking on Clare FM's Morning Focus, he said players are already rearing to go.
