Clare senior football boss Colm Collins says a huge step up is needed from his players if they are to gain promotion to Division Two of the Allianz National Football League.

A point in the 76th minute from Michael Brazil gave Offaly a 0-15 to 1-11 win in Tullamore, after Eoin Cleary's goal looked to have ensured a share of the spoils.
The result was tempered by the news that both Tipperary and Kildare were beaten, leaving Clare in second place on the league table by virtue of a superior scoring difference.
Collins says while that news was some comfort, he knows they need to lift it once more when they face Longford next time out.
