PFA player of the year is Liverpool's Luis Suarez, while Chelsea's Eden Hazard was young player of the year.
The ceremony came hours after Chelsea beat Liverpool 2-0 at Anfield in the Premier League.
This and Manchester City's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace, means the Citizens are now three points off leaders Liverpool, with a game in hand and a superior goal difference.
