Colaiste Muire are hoping to make history this afternoon for the schools ladies football team.
They travel to Geraldine Park in Athy to take on Cavan’s Bailieborough Community College in the final of the Senior C All Ireland competition.

It is the first time Colaiste have reached this stage of the competition, having narrowly lost out in previous provincial campaigns.
Joint manager Frank Culleton says players become their own leaders once they cross the four white lines.
