There are four quarter final places up for grabs in the Clare Senior Hurling Championship this weekend.
The Round Three action takes place on Saturday, with Cusack Park hosting the meeting of Clooney/Quin and Whitegate.
Clooney/Quin come into the game off the back of a battling victory over Feakle last time out after suffering defeat in the opening round.
Coach Fergie O’Loughlin feels having come through that, the pressure is now off his side
Meanwhile Inagh/Kilnamona and Tulla go head to head for a place in the last eight when they meet in Sixmilebridge.
Defeat was Inagh/Kilnamona’s lot in Round Two after an impressive victory over Crusheen on the opening day.
Manager Paul Gannon says they’re determined to make the step to the quarter finals.
