The Mills topped the Division 1A standings before overcoming Scariff in their last four tie, while Clooney-Quin topped Division 1B and beat Sixmilebridge in the semi-final.
Clooney-Quin manager Tommy Corbett says they will be in no mood to allow the Mills to have the perfect day.
