Clonlara told to up their game ahead of semi final

The Clonlara hurling camp are being warned that they will need to up their game if they’re to return to the county final.

The South-East Clare outfit are preparing for their clash with Newmarket-on-Fergus this coming weekend, weeks after what coach Donal Madden admits was an unimpressive quarter final victory over O’Callaghans Mills.

He’s called on his players to improve their performance this time around, in order to keep their hopes of lifting the Canon Hamilton alive.
Saturday’s semi-final takes place at Cusack Park and is slated to throw in at 4:45.

Meanwhile Sunday’s second semi-final between Inagh-Kilnamona also takes place at the Park, and throws in at 4:30 .
