Killaoe teenager Jonathan McGrath swims in the 400 metre freestyle S8 heats after 9:30aand if he qualifies for the final he will be in action again after 6pm this evening.
Clonlara’s Sarah Caffrey is in action in the LTA Mixed Coxed Four rowing heats after 11:30.
There are plenty of other Irish competitors in action today. Yesterday’s first day of action saw no medal success, but cyclists James Brown and Damien Shaw finish fourth in the Velodrome.
