Clare’s Francie O’Halloran has resigned as Roscommon senior hurling manager.
The Ruan native guided the Connacht side to the Nicky Rackard Cup final last year, before losing out to Tyrone.

His management team, including Feakle’s Tommy Guilfoyle and Newmarket’s Steve Cusack, are also stepping down.
In a statement, O’Halloran said “The commitment and efforts shown by the management team have not been matched in recent times by the playing members of the panel despite our best efforts”.
