Clare U21 football manager Colm Collins has called for a change in the way the provincial systems operate after their defeat to Cork last night.
Clare were beaten by 3-15 to 1-6 in Pairc Ui Rinn while Kerry overcame Waterford by 4-26 to 1-4 in Tralee.
