The Clare U-20 Hurling Manager has hailed his sides conviction after securing a comeback draw against Limerick in the Munster Championship last night.
A Patrick Crotty green flag as well as a last gasp equalizing point from Seán Rynne saw Clare twice level the contest from the position of a three point deficit in the second half to hold on for a 1-19 to 1-19 draw at the TUS Gaelic Grounds.
The result sees Clare remain undefeated in the competition having recorded two succcessive draws, with The Banner now afforded a fortnight’s respite before travelling to Dungarvan to face Waterford in round three on April 12th.
Clare U-20 Boss & Whitegate native Terrence Fahy says his side will be looking forward to the Déise showdown.
