Clare Turn Focus To Crucial Wexford Showdown In National Hurling League

A former Clare hurling captain is expecting some of the Banner’s players who featured in the Fitzgibbon Cup final to be rested for this weekends trip to Wexford.

Diarmuid Ryan, Adam Hogan and Shane Meehan all played for Mary Immaculate in their win over UL, with Cian Galvin, Mark Rodgers and Darragh Lohan involved for that contest.

Brian Lohan takes his side to the south-east bidding to maintain their perfect record so far in the National League, with a third consecutive win likely to see Clare into the semi-finals.
