Clare round off their National Hurling League campaign this evening with a dead rubber tie against Tipperary in FBD Semple Stadium.
The defending champions are already consigned to Division 1B for next years campaign, while the home side are guaranteed their place in the decider.
Management have given first starts of the year to Shane Woods, Daithi Lohan, Robin Mounsey and Gearoid Sheedy, with experienced players like Conor Cleary, John Conlon, David McInerney, Tony Kelly and Mark Rodgers also starting.

Elsewhere this evening in Division 1A, Cork host Galway in Supervalu Pairc ui Chaoimh, with the winners of that tie set to face Tipperary in this years league final.
