Clare To Begin Munster Hurling Championship With Repeat Of All Ireland Final Clash

The Clare hurlers will begin their Munster Senior Hurling Championship campaign with a repeat of last years All Ireland Hurling Final.

Cork will make the trip to Cusack Park for the first round clash on Sunday April 20th at 2pm, while in Round 2 Brian Lohan’s charges face Waterford in Walsh Park on April 27th.

The Banner round off the league phase of the competition with a home game against Tipperary on May 10th, before facing Limerick in the Gaelic Grounds on May 25th.

Meanwhile, Clare’s senior footballers will begin their quest for three consecutive Munster Final appearances on April 19th.

They will host the winners of the quarter final tie between Waterford and Tipperary in Cusack Park, with that game also set for a 2pm throw in.
