The Clare senior football side will be named this evening ahead of this Sunday’s clash with Leitrim in Cusack park.
Clare will looking to sustain their challenge for promotion from Divison 4 this weekend when facing the Connacht side having already claimed wins in their opening two games agisnt Wicklow and Kilkenny respectivley.
The county side will be without their KIB contingent for the match as they continue their preparations for the All Ireland club final on March 17th.
Meanwhile the All Ireland finalists held one of their final training sessions last evening ahead of the March 17th decider.
There are no reports of any injuries and Michael Mc Dermott will have a full squad to pick from for the St Patricks day decider agaisnt Ulster chamspiposn St Galls.
It had been speculated that McDermott would give up his role with the club following the game against St Galls in 2 weeks time but he says no decision has been made.
In the Garry Cup First Round last evening Kilmihil overcame Lisseycasey by a single point.
Final scoreline was 1-5 to 7 points.

Clare will be without a number of players for its clash with Kildare in the National League this weekend.
The banner ladies will be eager to pick up a win after a dispointing start to their campaign in their first two matches.
However Manager David O Brien says their outing against Tipperary a forthnight ago was a good learning curve for the team and are fairly positive ahead of Sunday’s game against the Lillywhites.
But he’s disapointed over the exclusion of a number of players which he feels could have been avoided
