Ben O'Gorman of Wolfe Tones comes into a re-jigged side, and starts at wing-back alongside Eire Og's Dara Walsh and Inagh Kilnamona's David McCarthy.

Another Wolfe Tones man, Rory Hayes, is corner back beside Seamus Downey of Clonlara and Ciaran Cooney of O'Callaghans Mills, ahead of Jason Loughnane of Sixmilebridge in goal.

Inagh-Kilnaona's David Fitzgerald and Kilmaley's Michael O'Malley are the midfield pairing, behind Clonlara's Ian Galvin, Tulla's Colin Corbett and Mikey O'Shea of Smith O'Briens.

The full forward line is Kilmaley's Padraig McNamara, Aaron Shanagher of Wolfe Tones and Brian Guilfoyle of St. Joseph's Doora/Barefield.

Waterford boss Derek Lyons has made five changes from the Quarter-Final win over the Banner in April.
