Clare side hopeful of All Ireland Quarter Final place

A member of Davy Fitzgerald’s backroom team says a spot in an All Ireland Quarter Final, as well as a Munster Final appearance, is the goal that the Clare side are targeting against Waterford this Sunday.

Victory over the Deise would see the Banner bypass the Qualifiers for four years, as well as making a first provincial decider since 2008, and selector Mike Deegan feels that’s a key prize.
