Clare Manager Colm Collins has paid tribute to his team's second-half performance against Carlow.
The Banner recorded a 14-point win, 3-21 to 2-10 at Cusack Park, setting up a final round game against Antrim next Sunday where a win will secure promotion to Division 3.
They held just a three-point half-time lead, however, and Collins says the team knew the importance of a strong showing after the break.

In Ladies football, meanwhile, Clare recorded a narrow 3-08 to 1-13 win over Westmeath in their Round 6 tie.
