Clare schools in Harty Cup action.

Two Clare schools return to Harty Cup action this afternoon for their second matches in the competition.

A win for St. Flannan’s of Ennis against St. Colman’s, Fermoy would all but guarantee the Clare school a place in the competition’s Quarter Finals – that match will be held in Charleville.

Meanwhile, Golden is the venue for the clash of St. Caiman’s and Colástí na nDéise.  The Shannon school lost their first game of the Harty Cup so know a win today is vital if they’re to have any hope of winning the top prize in Munster schools hurling.

There’s also going to be plenty of Clare interest in the clash of Limerick’s Ardscoil Ris and Coláiste Chríost Rí of Cork in Mallow – all games throw in at 2:30.
